My progress disappeared
Progress is saved on your device. Deleting the app deletes its save — achievements you earned stay in Game Center / Play Games and re-sync when you sign in, but stars, keys and coins are stored locally.
Achievements aren't showing up
Make sure you're signed in to Game Center (iOS Settings → Game Center) or Google Play Games. Every achievement you've earned is pushed again on each sign-in, so nothing is lost by playing offline.
What does the game require?
iOS 14 or later on iPhone and iPad. One-time purchase — no ads, no in-app purchases, no account needed.
